Limitations:
· There is no white ink in this process.
For example if you wanted to print the Canadian flag on a serene green t-shirt it would be red and serene green (the t-shirt colour)
· This process will absolutely not work on any dark t-shirts. If you would like dark please refer to any of the other processes.
· One other issue with printing onto light colour t-shirts with light ink colours, is that the ink is somewhat translucent. Printing light blue ink on yellow t-shirts can cause the colour to appear green (remember in school—blue and yellow make green)

White or Light Coloured T-shirts with Full Colour Printing — Colour Laser — (Process 1)

If you want white or light coloured t-shirts you can order ANY quantity including just one. Most people generally order between 12 - 150.
The process used for these t-shirts uses transfer paper and a laser or inkjet printer. The image is then pressed onto the t-shirt using a commercial heat press. This process is similar to the store bought “iron on” transfers, however the biggest difference is all of the ink is pressed into the shirt instead of just most of the ink.
All of the materials that we use are the commercial grade which are generally not available to the public. |

The White men’s t-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL
The Iris men’s t-shirts are available in sizes S, M, L, XL and 2XL
If the Ladies t-shirts have a check mark then they are available in all Ladies sizes XS, S, M, L, XL and 2XL
If the Youth t-shirts have a check mark then they are available in all Youth sizes XS, S, M, L and XL
If the Toddler t-shirts have a check mark then they are available in all Toddler sizes 2T, 3T and 4T
If there is an “X” below the Ladies, Youth or Toddlers then this colour is not available in that style |

Example 2: You live in Winnipeg and you order 15 yellow haze (5 small, 9 medium and 1 XXL) t-shirts with a large graphic across the front chest area: (remember colour t-shirts cost $2.00 more than white shirts plus the XXL is going to cost another $2.00 extra)
14 yellow haze (9 S & 5 M) t-shirts x $10.75 = $150.50 + 1 yellow XXL x $12.75 = $12.75 for a total of $163.25 plus shipping = $182.75 plus GST = $191.89
This would work out to an average, all-inclusive price of $12.79 per t-shirt. |

Example 1: Let’s say that you live in Toronto and you want to order 24 white t-shirts (1 Toddlers 4T, 2 Youth Small, 3 Youth Large, 4 Ladies X-Small, 2 Ladies Large, 3 Adult Small, 3 Adult Medium, 3 Adult Large & 3 Adult XL , with a full colour logo/small graphic in the left chest area.
24 white t-shirts (various sizes) x $7.25 each = $174.00 plus $18.50 shipping (Canada Post Expedited — 3 days in transit) = $192.50 plus GST = $202.13.
This would work out to an average, all-inclusive price of $8.42 per t-shirt. |
