Advantages:

· Every shirt is individually bagged and tagged with your logo, the t-shirt size, and washing instructions.

Limitations:

· There is no white ink in this process.

For example if you wanted to print the Canadian flag on a yellow t-shirt it would be red and yellow (the t-shirt colour)

· This process will absolutely not work on any dark t-shirts. If you would like dark please refer to any of the other three processes.

· One other issue with printing onto light colour t-shirts with light ink colours is that the ink is somewhat translucent. Printing light blue ink on yellow t-shirts can cause the colour to appear green (remember in school—blue and yellow make green)

Examples of Process 1 Pricing

Example 1: Let’s say that you live in Toronto and you want to order 24 white XL t-shirts with a full colour logo in the left chest area:

24 XL white t-shirts x $7.25 each = $174.00 plus tax = $198.36 + $20.00 shipping = $218.36

Example 2: You live in Winnipeg and you order 15 yellow (5 small, 9 medium and 1 XXL) t-shirts with a large graphic across the front chest area: (remember yellow shirts cost $2.00 more than white shirts plus the XXL is going to cost another $2.00 extra)

14 yellow ( 9 S & 5 M) t-shirts x $10.75 = $150.50 + 1 yellow XXL x $12.75 = $12.75 for a total of $163.25 + GST = $173.05 plus $17.50 shipping = $190.55

Example 3: You live in Grande Prairie, Alberta and you just want 3 white t-shirts (one large, 1 small and 1 youth medium) with just a logo in black on the left chest area and you need them within a week. This order must be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost so the rates are a little higher.

3 white t-shirts (1 x $18.95 = $20.95) + (2 x $9.25 = $18.50) for a total of $37.45 plus GST = $39.70 plus $25.00 Xpresspost

Truthfully sometimes it just can’t be done that quick if we don’t have the t-shirts you need on hand. However, if you need something quick just email or call and ask. If we have the shirts you need on hand we probably can get them to you on time.

White or Light Coloured T-shirts with Full Colour Printing

If you want white or light coloured t-shirts you can order ANY quantity including just one. Most people generally order between 12 - 150.

The process used for these t-shirts uses transfer paper and a laser or inkjet printer. The image is then pressed onto the t-shirt using a commercial heat press. This process is similar to the store bought “iron on” transfers, however the biggest difference is all of the ink is pressed into the shirt instead of just most of the ink.

All of the materials that we use are the commercial grade which are generally not available to the public.
