I am happy to announce that we have expanded our services and are now able to offer digitally custom printed t-shirts, split screen printed t-shirts as well as vinyl cut lettering and numbers on t-shirts. (I’ll explain the differences in a moment)

Now before I go any further let me clarify the different processes and quantities to help you select which process will be best for you. |

If You Want White or Light Coloured T-shirts with Full Colour Printing—Laser—(Process 1)
*ANY Quantity
If you want white or light coloured t-shirts you can order ANY quantity including just one. Most people generally order between 12 - 150. The choices for light colours are daisy yellow, ash grey, beige/natural, light blue, soft green or soft yellow.
The process used for these t-shirts uses transfer paper and a laser or inkjet printer. The image is then pressed onto the t-shirt using a commercial heatpress. This process is similar to the store bought “iron on” transfers, however the biggest difference is all of the ink is pressed into the shirt instead of just most of the ink. All of the materials that we use are the commercial grade which are generally not available to the public.
Dark T-shirts or Any Coloured T-shirt That Requires White in the Graphic—Laser—(Process 2)
*ANY Quantity
Let’s say that you have a CD cover or that you want to put the Canadian flag on a purple shirt, this process is ideal. This is a special transfer paper that is coated with white ink first and then the image is printed onto the transfer paper.
The Canadian flag would actually be red and white. The CD cover would look like itself on the dark shirt.
This is useful on any colour t-shirt including light colours.
If You Require Dark T-shirts (black, navy etc) - Split Screen (Process 3)
* Minimum order for small logo (20 t-shirts) * Minimum order for large graphic (50 t-shirts)
To print some graphics on dark or black t-shirts a different process is required. We use a split screen method. In other words we have your image/graphic/lettering printed onto paper and then it is applied to the t-shirt again using a heatpress. This not only applies the ink to the t-shirt but the heat also properly cures the ink.
In this process you have the choice of ink colour and can have from 1 - 6 different colours. There is a setup charge for each colour and t-shirts printed with just one colour are going to be less money than t-shirts with 2 colours, etc. When you check out the price list, please be sure that you are reading from the correct price list.
This process can also be used for cost-effectively printing larger quantities on white or any colour of shirt or polo. |

Vinyl Cut Lettering and Numbers—(Process 4)
* Minimum 15 t-shirts
Have you ever noticed some sports teams having lettering on their jerseys where the numbering and lettering looks shiny or somewhat raised and different from the material in the jersey? This is using a vinyl cut process is available for teams. Again, these are pressed on the jersey or t-shirt using a commercial heat press. |

What we need from you. · The graphic you want printed on the t-shirt. The ideal resolution should be 300 dpi at the same size you want printed. Please email the jpg, eps, pdf or wmf. If you don't have a graphic, simply describe what you want and we'll design it for you. We use CorelDRAW 12 which can accurately import virtually all graphic files. · The number of t-shirts you need. · The sizes you want. · Do you want coloured t-shirts - beige (natural), ash grey, light blue, yellow? · If you want dark colours (black, navy, purple etc., please send a sample of your artwork. Pricing is based on how many colours in your graphic. eg: All of your printing done in white ink will cost less than say printing the Canadian flag which uses red ink and white ink. · Where you want the printing. - eg. Just a logo on the front? White or Light Coloured T-shirts
One distinct advantage you'll find when you order white or light coloured t-shirts is that there are no extra setup charges and screen costs. These extra costs will push up your per-unit price, possibly even pushing the cost right out of your budget. You see, for every colour in your art work, a different screen is required. For example if your company logo had three colours in it, let's say red, blue and black, you would need three screens, one for each colour.

Custom T-shirts can be ideal for creating additional unity and excitement in your Youth Groups, teams and clubs. You can use them to help identify group leaders at functions or bring attention to special projects.
And since our process is our digital process full colour, you can include photographs, CD covers and multi-coloured business logos.
You may even find our t-shirts to be inexpensive enough to give away as a gift or a thank you at events or awards or to include in promotional presentations.
We all know that children and adults both like and wear T-shirts. The biggest issue for small quantity ordering is, does the per-unit price make it cost prohibitive or cost effective to use T-shirts? You'll find that our process is very cost effective.
Dark T-shirts
If your project requires black, navy, royal, red or any other dark colour t-shirts we can print these shirts for you as well. We use two different methods. Process 2 (see above) uses a transfer to procedure. There is no minimum order with this process however it is not suitable for all printing on darks. The other process we use is called “split-screen” however, there are minimum orders and setup charges involved for this method. We do try to keep our prices in line with our digital prices and if your quantity is higher (100 or more) this can be a better way to go even on white or light shirts.
A Little About Our Company
We began making custom printed T-shirts back in 1995. As a graphic designer, we have printed and/or designed and printed literally thousands of custom T-shirts (Communities in Bloom, Big Sisters, ADRA etc.).
We've also designed and printed T-shirts for Christian Youth Groups and schools and in many cases have taken their design, scanned it and pressed in onto the T-shirts.
Our process is a state of the art, full-colour, computer procedure using a printer designed for T-shirts. Your computer graphic is printed on premium-grade transfer paper and then the image is bonded to the T-shirt using a commercial heat press. Each T-shirt is later folded and individually bagged before delivery.

There Is No Minimum Order (on most orders)
This is ideal for small groups and projects since there are no additional costs to push up the "per-unit" price of each T-shirt. We can do any size order, however we specialize in small orders of just 1 or a few up to about 150. But also be aware that we also can effectively print large orders.

Full-Colour Printing
As colourful as you want. One colour or a thousand colours. It doesn't matter because there are no screens involved. And no screens means no extra costs.
Full-colour printing also gives you the flexibility to take a drawing (paint, crayon, coloured pens, etc) or have a photograph or a collage of photographs on a T-shirt. If you are a software developer or a recording artist, we can scan your CD cover or artwork onto a T-shirt. If you have a multi-coloured logo for your business you won't have to compromise and have your image reduced to one or two colours.
All Custom Designs
Your T-shirts will be custom designed, whether you design them or we do the designing. If your design is on paper then we'll scan the artwork. If you do your designing with your own computer program, we can print from that. Or simply tell us what you want and how you want it to look and we'll do the layout for you.
Sample* T-shirt
Some organizations and businesses may qualify for us to make a low cost sample t-shirt. We will print a completed T-shirt. This way you can see exactly what your order will look like before you proceed. (*Applies to potential orders of 24 or more T-shirts)
If you are an individual or you need only one or a few shirts, we'll show you samples of previous T-shirts we have done. We'll do your layout and print it on paper for your approval.
Risk-Free Ordering
One major advantage of the sample* T-shirt (see above) is that it allows any of the other decision makers the opportunity to view a finished T-shirt and know the exact amount of the order. Remember that there are no additional costs involved because there are no screens or colour separations.
Perfect For Fundraising
Another of the great ways that you can take advantage of the sample* T-shirt is to put it on display and PRE-SELL the T-shirts. This way you can order the exact quantity you need in the sizes you want. If the next day, next week or next year you need a few more just call. We'll keep your T-shirt file and information handy.
100% Cotton T-shirts
All orders include printing on 1st quality, 100% cotton T-shirts from Gildan. Your order can contain mix and match sizes from Youth (small, medium & large) to Adult (small, medium, large & X-large), as well as XXL and XXXL.
Quality Inks And Printing
We use only inks and transfer papers that are recommended by our printer manufacturer (never the cheaper generic brands). Once printed, the image on the transfer is bonded to the T-shirt using a commercial heat press.
As a personal note; I make shirts for my own kids (ages 8 - 14). That way I know first-hand how they wear, how they wash and generally how well they stand up. The washing instructions are attached to each shirt.
Individually Bagged
Each T-shirt is delivered to you folded and bagged. There is also a sticker on the outside of the bag to indicate the size of the T-shirt. This will certainly help you when you distribute the T-shirts.
Our Prices
The following prices are a quick example of our prices. These prices are based on a minimum order of 12 t-shirts printed on white Gildan "Heavy" t-shirts. Sizes Small, Medium, Large, X-Large as well as Youth Small, Medium & Large. One colour printing or full-colour printing - the price is the same. You never pay by the number of colours you use.
The following is a quick sample of prices based on a minimum of 12 white t-shirts. For a complete price list please click on the links on the navigation bar on the top left of this page.
· $7.25 each for a logo - maximum print area is 3.5" x 3.5" - the logo is normally printed on the left chest "pocket" area. It can be printed also front center chest area or on the back center shoulder area. · $8.75 each for a larger graphic - up to a maximum print area of 8" x 10" - centered on the front chest area or the back shoulder area. · $10.25 each to have the logo on the front of the t-shirt (pocket area or centered) and a larger graphic centered in the shoulder area on the back of the t-shirt. · $12.00 each to have a larger graphic on the front and a larger graphic on the back.
